Take a break from holiday stress and enjoy delicious food and great people at the Winter Potluck, and stick around to watch Unity, the sequel to Earthlings.

Bring your favorite winter or maybe 'wish it wasn't winter' dish to share and try others you might end up adding to your own recipe box!

The potluck will be in Meeting Room A, not our usual space in the Auditorium. This room is still downstairs but to the right when you get off the elevator. It is a much smaller room. Potluck Details:

For the potluck please bring:
• a vegan or vegetarian dish to share, enough for 8-10;
• any necessary serving utensil;
• a copy of the recipe or a list of ingredients
• your own table service;
• something to drink.

** Please Label your dish Vegan or Vegetarian**

There will be access to the kitchenette with a sink and a microwave. But there is not a stove-top or an oven for reheating so please plan accordingly.

Don't let the bringing of a dish deter you. It doesn't have to be fancy. Salads are always welcomed, and it's pretty easy to put together a pasta salad or chop up some fruit. Or, you could always buy some fruit salad from a grocery store deli. You could also bring a cut up melon, a couple of pounds of tabbouleh, easy food items like that.
