(Preregistration required) Six, three hour classes by Instructor Marjorie Leon, "Plant-based cooking can be challenging and sometimes confusing. I know, I have been there. I want to take you on an adventure through six cuisines and demonstrate some new spins on favorites that will be only whole-food, plant-bases. We will cook with no oil and explore Mexican, Italian, Asian, Indian, American, and BBQ."
