PLEASE Volunteer to table at our VSDC booth during DC VegFest. This is a fun and easy way for you to give back, meet people, enjoy the event, and help VSDC.  If you have not volunteered for us before, (Welcome!) others will be there to fill you in on what to do. (It's pretty easy stuff.) At least three people are scheduled at the same time.

DC VegFest hours are 11 am - 6 pm and we'll need volunteers a little before, during, and a little after.  The event is held rain or shine, so we'll be counting on you... and you can be sure we will be under a nice tent.

When you RSVP, you will be prompted to **provide your first and last name, contact email, and the time slot(s) you prefer - please provide those right then**.  This info will only be available to the VSDC organizers and helps us plan properly. 

The tabling shifts are:

9:30-12:00 setting up (involves some light lifting / carrying) & tabling
12:00-2:30 tabling
2:00-4:30 tabling
4:30-7:00 tabling & taking things down (involves some light lifting / carrying)

VSDC booth is TBD - centrally located in the VF exhibitor area.  To find the VSDC booth, please look at the DCVF exhibitor map, or for signs at the event that list all the exhibitors, or ask at the main VegFest Info Table.

When you RSVP, you will receive an automated email confirmation from Meetup.com, but the actual volunteer scheduling is done through emails between organizers and volunteers; therefore please be sure to provide the info requested (including your email) so we can be in touch with you to finalize volunteer coverage.
