The Albany Vegan Network was invited to have a table again at the Allergen & Gluten Free Expo taking place at Crossgates mall.  We will provide free literature on nutrition, have sample meal options and sample out food items.   

Volunteers are needed to help answer questions and distribute food samples. It is a busy day and I would like to ideally have 2-3 volunteers for each time slot. 

The scheduled times are in 2 hour blocks:

9:30-11:30

11:30-1:30

1:30-3:30
