Vegan Dinner With The Vegetarian Resource Group

The Vegetarian Resource Group will host a vegan dinner at LYFE Kitchen in Chicago (at Fairbanks and Ontario) on Sunday, October 22, 2017 at 6pm during the annual meeting of The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Meet VRG advisors Reed Mangels PhD, RD, Catherine Conway MS, RD, Charles Stahler, Debra Wasserman, and vegetarian dietitians from around the country. The public is welcome. Note: Registration will not be counted until The Vegetarian Resource Group has received payment. 

Dinner Menu:

Edamame Hummus, Kale & Cranberry Salad, Ancient Grain Stir Fry, Vegan Thai Red Curry, Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie, Coffee & Tea

The meal will be served family style. Note: Seating is limited! Dinner starts at 6pm. Be sure you are on time so you don't miss the meal!  

Must pay in advance. To pay and reserve your place, send $35 per person (includes tax and tip) and names of attendees to The Vegetarian Resource Group:

The Vegetarian Resource Group (VRG) is a non-profit organization dedicated to educating the public on vegetarianism and veganism and the interrelated issues of health, nutrition, ecology, ethics, and world hunger.
