So excited to announce that Caitlin O'Neill will be putting on a vegan cheese demo! She will be making a meltable green chile pepper jack and a Tex-Mex queso.

Caitlin owns a full-service vegan dairy in New Orleans, making milk, butter and cheese. She loved dairy as a vegetarian; as a vegan, she makes dairy products that are just as fulfilling!

Optional donation for the class is $5 but it is a free event. However, please consider donating to help cover the food. This helps encourage others to put events like this on!

Note: The venue only has room for 30-40 people. Therefore, we are limiting RSVP to 39 people (plus instructor). Also, when RSVP, please ensure to include all members in your party in the actual RSVP #. Please don't RSVP if not sure you can attend. Otherwise takes up a space for someone else. If for some reason, you end up not being able to attend, please un-RSVP, to open up a spot.
