Sacred Cacao Ceremony & Sound Meditation with Sarah Eve Cardell & Jarrod Bryne Mayer @Woom Center

In this sacred ceremony, we will honor Mother Earth & expand our potential through the medicine of cacao and of sound.

The cacao spirit is a feminine and powerful teacher, who can assist us in:

-releasing old stories

-cleansing negativity

-opening your heart

-connecting to the feminine/ Mother Earth

-increasing creativity

-feeling uplifted

-remembering the divine within you!

Combining the power of cacao with the healing sounds of the drum and the gong, we will transcend the limitations of the mind and create a deeply transformational experience.

We will sit together in a ceremonial circle and drink medicinal strength cacao from Guatemala. Please do not eat 2 hours before the ceremony to let the cacao goddess have her full effect.

Sarah Eve Cardell is a culinary shaman, making magic in the kitchen and healing from the heart. As an international chef, certified yoga teacher, and shamanic healer, she offers practical tools to lead a happy and healthy life. While in the kitchen, her style of cuisine reflects the passion for merging wellness and global exploration. Sarah Eve is honored to study under the late shaman Ipupiara, a Makunaiman of the Ure-e-wau-wau tribe as well as Sri Dharma Mittra, whom she completed the 200 and 500-hour yoga training. Other inspirational teachers include: Yogi Bhajan, Dona Leova, Gurudev Singh, John of God, and the 13 Indigenous Grandmothers. Jarrod Byrne Mayer is a KRI certified Kundalini teacher who specializes in the application of the sound current. He is a certified Sound Therapist with a concentration with gong, tuning forks, and singing bowls.
