I am a professional trained classic culinary chef with over 10 years industry experience. I am also and currently a fully qualified holistic natural health food chef having trained at the college of naturopathic medicine, uk London.

Here I am presenting you a wonderful opportunity where I can help and share with you a step by 2.5 hour lecture/ demonstration on how to incorporate raw live fermented foods in your daily life!

The consumption of fermented, probiotic foods has many nutritional benefits. The micro flora foods create a protective lining in our intestines and shield against pathogenic factors. Fermented foods have been used since ancestral times to prevent sickness and promote longevity and wellbeing. Fermented foods lead to an increase of antibodies and a stronger immune system, plus they regulate the appetite and reduce sugar and refined carbohydrate cravings! Scientific investigations have supported the important role of probiotics as a regular diet nourishing humans and also animals. Fermented foods are safe to consume, as a natural approach it’s protects us from microbial infection. Fermented foods are nutritionally enhanced full of live enzymes, minerals, vitamins and antioxidants it is an excellent accompaniment with a meal. Nutritional power house!

In this demonstration/ lecture I will be showing you how easy it is to prepare live fermented foods, for health and longevity, as well as flavour! ?

I will be preparing 3 classical traditional cultured dishes;
Sauerkraut
Kimchi
Salsa

I will be going step by step on how to prepare these dishes. During the lecture I will be discussing the key skills on how to prepare fermented foods with different food pairings, recipe creation, using herbs and spices

I will be providing a handout for the people attending this lecture/ covering
The recipes, nutritional research on fermented foods, recommended equipment used , general guidelines and my contact details for any more info. During the lecture/ demo there will be a sit down sample tasting session and discussion on the dishes I have prepared. So the food will be shared amongst you served with a choice of free selection herbal tea and savoury nibbles.
