Join ATX Alive for an oil-free, plant-based potluck gathering. Following the potluck meal, our very own Heather Trupia will talk about her journey to health while she demonstrates making chili and techniques she uses when batch cooking so you don't have to eat the same thing every day. We'll leave some time at the end for open mic where anyone interested can give a brief testimonial about how adopting a plant-based lifestyle has changed your life, ask questions or discuss anything related to the plant-based lifestyle.

Please bring an oil-free, plant-based dish enough to feed 8-10 people. Also bring your own plate and utensils to help minimize waste.

If you are new to this food-style, feel free to contribute fruit, oil-free baked or steamed potatoes, rice or steamed veggies to share. Simply prepared starches and beans are always a wonderful, filling addition to the table.
