Event Description
Join Chef Liza for her brand new Plant-Based Cooking Series. Let her help you find your inner chef! Get into the trenches for practical, hands-on experience you can apply in your own kitchen. Explore options, gather recipes, cook, taste and experience a different way of thinking about what we eat and why.
During these classes, Registered Dietitian Julie Stefanski and Chef Liza Naylor will discuss:
-What does it mean to eat whole foods?
-Vegan versus Vegetarian - what should I know?
-What is minimally processed?
-How do I know I'm getting enough nutrition?
-What equipment do I need?
-Is this going to take a lot of time?
With each class you'll find yourself deliciously satiated, walk away with a meal for two ready for your fridge, feel confident with your hot new kitchen swagger, and of course collect plenty of delicious plant-based recipes for your stash!
