In this culinary training series, you’ll learn the most important culinary techniques and the best go-to dishes to give you a strong, flavorful plant-based diet. This interactive series is an excellent choice for you if 1) you’re brand new to the plant-based lifestyle or 2) you’re looking for a more solid foundation in your plant-based cooking.

After 6 hands-on classes, you’ll know what foods you should be buying and stocking in your kitchen, how to optimally prepare those foods, and how to make them so tasty that you and your family will truly enjoy them.
