Enjoy a screening of this newly released (within the last few weeks) movie about the astonishing progress of the vegan movement in 2017! The reviews give it a rating of 9.4 out of 10. It is a great movie, well done, well put together. The cast is a like a roll call of top people in entertainment, activism and wellness. Names like Simon Amstell, Kip Anderson, Joey Armstrong, Neil Barnard, Miley Cyrus, Noam Chomsky and many more.

Be encouraged and heartened by the thrilling progress of veganism around the world, in the field of popular culture, government, the environment and more. Enjoy the movie at a premier downtown venue, in the company of like-minded people. Fraternize over a full-course vegan dinner, and enjoy table snacks during the movie. A giant screen and sound by Bose add to the experience.

This truly is a safe place for vegans. Everything served is vegan. Everything presented is vegan. And you couldnt ask for a nicer group of people. The attendance has been great in recent months, and enjoyable evenings shared.

Speaking of dinner . . . Yes, a full-course vegan dinner will be served. It is planned by a certified Nutrition Consultant. Not just vegan hors d'oeuvres. A real dinner! Watch for the delicious menu. ALL vegan. ALL health-supporting. And, ALL you care to eat! Bring a container and take some home with you!

Location? Perhaps the most desirable venue in downtown San Francisco. The Opera Plaza Community Room, 601 Van Ness. Readily accessible by BART or bus. Free parking (after 6) right outside the building. Secure and safe, with security personnel on duty.

The cost? Ha! A FULL-COURSE vegan dinner, INCLUDING dessert and beverages (plural). AND a movie! All for the price of ONE glass of wine and ONE hors d'oeuvres! But here, a fifteen dollar requested donation covers it ALL. Why? Because we are a nonprofit, here to serve the community, not to make a buck. Funds go toward facility rental, food, transport and other costs.

So, you can go see a movie and pay around fifteen bucks, plus the cost of snacks. OR, you can go to a wine bar and pay fifteen bucks for a glass of wine and a snack. But you still will need to get dinner! OR, you can come here and enjoy a DELICIOUS, full-course vegan dinner, all you care to eat, PLUS a movie, for fifteen bucks. What a deal!
