At the 2017 Animal Rights National Conference, Bob Isaacson co-facilitated a workshop on mindfulness and meditation for activists, sharing ancient techniques to calm and direct our minds. Paying mindful attention to present moment experiences can lead to clarity, relaxation, and harmony with our experiences. Now we’re bringing this experience to you on our webinar!
Bob Isaacson is the President/CEO and co-founder of Dharma Voices for Animals (DVA), the only international Buddhist Animal Rights/Animal Advocacy organization in the world. DVA has twenty-eight Chapters around the world, with members including the best-known monastic and lay Buddhist leaders, and has produced the widely acclaimed documentary film, "Animals and the Buddha," by Keegan Kuhn of "Cowspiracy: The Sustainability Secret" and "What the Health."
Bob discusses his groundbreaking work with DVA and leads us in a guided meditation during our next Sustainable Activism Webinar on Thursday, January 4, 5 pm – 6 pm PT (8 pm – 9 pm ET). You can join this live webinar via phone or online, or listen to the replay later.
