Welcome to our monthly Merziful Monday at this gem of a casual Indian cafe. Build your own bowl of tasty, satisfying, homemade food. On Mondays, there's a chickpea-based vegan bowl for $5. Come for dinner and/or happy hour, which offers two for $4 samosas, nan, mango lassi and soft drinks from 2 to 7 p.m. weekdays. (No liquor here).

Arrive any time within the first hour-ish. Some time after 6:30, we might go next door for dessert at Pitango Gelato, which has delicious sorbets, too. Plus, it's free for Zipcar members on Mondays.
