Event hosted by SACRAMENTO VEGAN SOCIETY.

• What we'll do
At these monthly workshops, Twyla will be demonstrating how to incorporate beans and greens into every meal - even desserts! All recipes are whole food, plant based and no oil. Twyla will inspire you with learning, recipes, tasting and fun. Meet and connect with others on their Plant Based Journey.

Dr. Joel Fuhrman and Dr. Michael Greger recommend you eat beans everyday. Choosing the best heirloom beans are a great way to enjoy the versatility of this important dietary need.
