Event Description

Join us for a presentation on veganism by Greg Fuller, founder of Birmingham Vegans and JusticeForAnimals.org. This talk is for those curious about veganism or new to veganism, as well as seasoned vegans who want to learn more.

Greg's presentation will cover a working definition of veganism; a brief history of humankind's concern for animals; the current status of veganism; and how our food choices impact animals, health, poverty, and the environment.

The doors will open at 6:30, the presentation will begin at 7.

A question and answer session will follow. Vegan snacks and drinks will be provided.

If you have non-vegan friends that would be interested or you could otherwise convince to come, invite them to join us. Please add friends that are attending to your RSVP.

We will provide soft drinks, coffee, tea, juice, and water, and vegan snacks.

You might want to bring a note pad and pen to take notes.

This is good for people who want to learn about veganism, as well as for vegans who want to Learn ways to educate others.
