Event Description

In this hands-on cooking course, you’ll learn the most important culinary techniques and the best go-to dishes to give you a strong, flavorful plant-based diet.

There are 6 classes in this interactive training. Completing the entire series will provide you the most value, but if you cannot or would rather not attend all 6 sessions, you can register for just the first three classes (aka Section 1: Making the Kitchen Your Powerhouse) or the last 3 classes (aka Section 2: Maximizing Flavor for Longterm Success).

This is an excellent course for people who either... 1) want to learn how to incorporate more plant foods into their diet, 2) are interested adopting a plant-based lifestyle or 2) are currently eating a plant-strong diet but would love more ease, variety, and flavor in their diet.

After 6 hands-on classes, you’ll know what foods you should be buying and stocking in your kitchen, how to optimally prepare those foods, and how to make them so tasty that you and your family will truly enjoy them.
