Join Dr. Maria Anderson for a six-week, plant-based nutrition and cooking course to treat chronic illness with healthy food!
Classes are held Tuesdays from 6-8pm in St. Mary's Hospital rehabilitation unit, 12th Floor.
Classes include: nutrition education, cooking demonstrations, food samples, and a trip to the grocery store to learn label reading and healthy shopping. Fee is $89 for 6 classes.
