Sharon will demonstrate how to use the Instant Pot Multi-cooker to create delicious, healthy plant-based dishes. Learn how to sauté, steam, and pressure cook vegetables, grains, beans, and hearty soups and stews and make your own soy-based yogurt easily and quickly with this amazing kitchen appliance!
