COMPETITION WEEK COOKING: FUELING UP ON PLANTS, FROM TAPER TO RACE DAY TO POST-RACE RECOVERY

Podium Training Systems Coach Dave Burgess will cover the type of food - and amount - ideal for plant-based athletes tapering for a key race. He will make race-day food recommendations and provide strategies for post-race recovery meals.

Vegan culinary instructor and cookbook author JL Fields will demonstrate three simple recipes to support Coach Dave’s principles.
